The Videlock Lab studies intestinal pathogenic mechanisms in Parkinson’s disease — working toward gut biomarkers for early diagnosis, and gut-directed therapies that could slow progression during the premotor phase.

Principal investigator: Elizabeth (Beth) Videlock, MD, PhD, Health Sciences Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine. The lab is housed within the UCLA Center for Inflammatory Bowel Diseases, in the MacDonald Medical Research Laboratory, Room 1526.
